1. No Refund on Services Rendered

Once a project or service has been started or completed, payments made are non-refundable. This includes strategy sessions, creative work, media buying, and any digital marketing activities.

2. Project Cancellation

If you choose to cancel a project before any work has begun, you may be eligible for a partial refund, minus any administrative or consultation fees already incurred.

3. Retainer & Subscription Services

Monthly retainers or recurring services (e.g., social media management, SEO, digital ad management) can be canceled with 30 days’ notice. Charges already billed for the current cycle are non-refundable.

4. Missed Deadlines or Dissatisfaction

If you’re dissatisfied with our service or feel we’ve missed a mutually agreed-upon deadline, please contact us immediately. We will work with you to resolve the issue through revisions or service credit where applicable.

5. Media Buying & Ad Spend

We do not offer refunds for third-party costs such as media buying, ad spend, or software subscriptions once funds have been allocated or spent.

6. How to Request a Refund or Dispute

To submit a concern or request related to a refund or cancellation, please email us at contact@winthegrowth.com within 7 days of the issue. All cases will be reviewed individually.
